The privacy and protection of customer information provided to XS Bags and Boxes is treated with confidentiality and is used for internal processing purposes only.

These agencies can include the Australian Tax office and the various Law enforcement agencies.The Maximum Insurance cover for the total shipment is US$100.00 and covers Loss only. XS Bags and Boxes route all shipments via the international postal network and as such, claims cannot be made against XS Bags and Boxes for delayed transits.
